[담당업무]
• Is responsible for managing e-Channel plans at a Corporate and Category level
• Is responsible for articulating where we will play based on e-channel / customer prioritization. This prioritization developed based on Category, Shopper, Consumer and Customer insights and needs, and how we will win.
• They will develop and integrate into the commercial planning processes the element of the Channel wheel and ultimately publish a picture of success for the Category in the e-Channel, enabling its implementation, continuous review and optimization.
• They will identify opportunities within all prioritized e-channels and customers to execute the key category initiatives ensuring a frictionless on-line/off-line experience.
• Support Sales in engaging external Stakeholder and the implementation of the defined ambition through insight led and effective story telling and deep channel and customer understanding.
• Closely monitor e-channel situation relevant to us by leveraging tools such as Digital Shelf, Passport, etc. With that, periodically share relevant trade insights and information to key stakeholders.
