모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Accounting, Logistics 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간:  8:00 A.M ~ 15:00 P.M (1hr Lunch) 

◾ 급여 : $21-24  / an hour (경력에 따라 협의)

◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $43,680~ $49,920 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 차량구입 이전 1개월간 차량 지원, over time rate x 1.5 xovertime hours, 영주권 스폰 가능 

◾ 자격요건 : 지역 특성에 따라 차량구매가 요구되며, 장기근무 희망자 선발예정

Job Description

Accounting : 

- A/P matching related with A/R (using Quickbooks)

- Data entry and analyzing

- Organizing and distributing vender invoices

- Using excel for data management

- Manage for P/L for the company

Logistics : 

- Using company's portal

- Actual invoice input

- Using Excel for data management

- Analyzing Customer / Vender data
