담당업무 :
MAIN PURPOSE.
Responsible for data integrity, HR tedhnology, systems, processes, records and data management. He / She will supervise the implementation and daily operation of the Global HR Infomation System (HRIS). "He / She will provide subjedt matter expertise on the integration needs assessment, requirements gathering, testing and implementation of exsting and next tedhnologies.. Other responsibilities indude managing the activities of HRIS, HR shared serviaes relating to onboarding & offboarding, HR data acauracy & seaurity, optimizing processes for data management, providing timely resolution, managing requests, and leveraging technology where possible to make administration easier.
Key Responsibilities
Fluent in spo Develop and iterate on the overall HR technology strategy keeping current on new solutions to recommend and prioritize implementation that meets the current and future business needs. Develop, manage, and monitor effective delivery of HR shared service operations and HRIS initiatives. *Supervise the administration and maintenance of human resource records. *Provide training and support for HRIS, users, internal partners (IT) and vendors to research, trouble shoot, resolve issues as needed. Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department. *Manage data security requirements and monitors processes to ensure adequate audits and controls are in place. Ensure process documentation is accurate and up to date. Review processes and service levels to identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and service. Create and manage report requests as needed. Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation. Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR team. Collaborate with HR leads to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions similar system operations and settings for HR users. • Manage permissions, access, personalization, and Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for-HR database design and implementation projects
자격요건 :
- Tertiary education with at least 3 years 'experience in related field.
- Suong collaboration and business partnering capabilities combined with demonstrated ability to influence, able to connect and advise HR peers.
- Analytical mindset, data driven, a keen eye for detail.
- Innovative and areative problem solving and dedsion making.
- Adtion oriented and adept at working in a fast-paced organization. Surong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interadt with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Familiarity with human resource polides and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Strong understanding of database construdtion.
- Profident with Miarosoft Office Suite and other HRIS related software.
- Ablity to keep infomation confidential. Fluent in spoken and written in English
