Today, Manta has become 3 million users’ favorite app service offering diverse webcomics series.
Job Description
Manta’s Operations Team is seeking a Customer Experience Intern who will be the primary point of contact for handling all customer queries and generating meaningful insights on our customers’ needs and preferences. We are looking for someone who will ensure that users' voices are heard and recognized in order to optimize their experience in the Manta app. In addition to managing customers’ feedback, you will also play a vital role in improving Manta’s customer journey by understanding and analyzing customers’ pain points and needs. Furthermore, you will conduct various customer research projects and will get a chance to learn meaningful and interesting insights directly from our customers. Overall, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn and collaborate with amazing teams all focused on delivering the best customer experience.
This is a 3-6 months internship. Only those who have valid work authorization in Korea will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email
- Resolve any complaints and issues raised by customers to create a positive customer experience
- Analyze past data and propose ways to improve Manta's customer experience
- Conduct interviews and surveys with our customers in order to understand their needs and preferences
