- Contribute to the planning and execution of community programs and content for World of Warcraft in Korea and Warcraft Arclight Rumble.
- Inform and engage Korean players through forums, social media channels, streams and other venues.
- Support communication plans and channel management in Korea
- Plan YouTube content that can increase player engagement in line with in-game content beat and promotion.
- Evaluate and analyze stream campaign and YouTube content and seek effective ways to drive improvement.
- Develop effective plans, programs, and strategies to increase reach of communication and community engagement
- Provide meaningful feedback on the community’s sentiment, concerns, and suggestions to ensure optimal engagement, community impact, and enhanced company/franchise reputation.
- Develop reports on community activities and pulse/voice of the community.
- Build relationships with community partners such as fan sites, influencers, and external key community managers to promote our communication efforts
- Build strong relationships within the team, HQ community, and the stakeholders within the company and the industry.
- Collaborate with other teams/departments to develop and execute the company’s Integrated Marketing Communication plan.
