A day in the life of Talent Acquisition Intern:

• A brand ambassador for ASM by supporting the talent attraction strategy

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads to design and streamline Talent Acquisition (TA) process.

• Part of the great candidate experience through facilitating and providing logistical and administrative support to the TA process, including pre-boarding activities

• Manage interviewing scheduling and coordinate effectively between candidate, HR and business teams.

• Support various recruiting projects and programs, such as job fair projects and D&I initiatives

• Develop reports and analysis through leveraging in house tools.

• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
