Amazon Sales & Ops Coordinator

■ 업무내용
We’re looking for a coordinator on our Amazon team with strong analytical and research skills and good understanding of eCommerce, who can help grow our Amazon business.
You’ll be an early employee at a rapidly growing startup and will have a direct impact on Rael’s growth. We’d like you to be comfortable with our fast-paced work environment and be execution-oriented, meaning being a doer than just a thinker. We would like you to be open to supporting administrative tasks for our Amazon team while learning about personal care industry and ins and outs of Amazon operation. Most importantly, we would like you to genuinely love our products and brand and have a passion for the cause we believe in.

  -  Support the Amazon Sales & Operations Manager in developing fulfillment strategy and optimizing the process to increase operational efficiency

  -  Create and develop formula for excel & google sheet to analyze sales data

  -  Monitor Amazon sales and develop / adjust fulfillment plans

  -  Communicate and collaborate with other teams such as Marketing & Supply chain team

  -  Cooperate with affiliated operation teams to operate the process accordingly.

  -  Troubleshoot shipping and Amazon operational issues

  -  Support on-site handling of Amazon inventory

■ 자격요건

  -  Minimum 1-2 years of work experience

  -  Advanced excel & google sheet script skills will be a huge plus

  -  Analytical skills to track sales performance and prepare reporting

  -  Familiarity with logistics / import & export experience will be a plus

  -  Agile and detail-oriented

  -  Strong preference for Amazon/ecommerce or fulfillment/inventory management experience

  -  Strong communication, interpersonal, and team work skills

  -  Self-driven, entrepreneurship, and can-do spirit

  -  Ability to use or learn various tools fast (e.g., slack/trello/operation tools)

  -  Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)

  -  경력자 채용

  -  2023년 12월 출근 예정

■ 근로조건
연봉 : $17~$20/hr (한화 약 4,500만원~5,300만원 이상, 환율에 따라 달라질 수 있음)
