모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Maintenance Engineering Technician (전기차 배터리기계)

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 

◾ 근무시간 : 08:00AM - 17:00PM

◾ 급여 : $19/ an hour 

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $39,520 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 90일 후 signing bonus $1500, 90일후 7일 PTO, 근무우수자의 경우 캐나다지사 업무 연계 가능

◾ 자격조건 : Electric-mechanical issue에 기본적 이해력이 있는 자, 한국어&영어 소통 가능자

◾ 기타 : 이공계열/Entry Level 지원 가능, Mechanical Engineer 전공 또는 관련 경험자 선호

Job Description

- Performs advanced engineering and EV Battery machine management tasks.

- Develops and applies engineering standards and procedures and provides advice on issues within the engineering field.

- Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance of production equipment and their controls to ensure operation of machinery.

- Learning and implement to new technology machines with R&D team.

- Continuously improve new developed EV battery machine capabilities

- Prepare manual and training for new team members.

- Available to understand Machinery CAD drawing.

- You will be responsible for working with other contributing mid-senior level Mechanical Engineers and manage teams to create exciting and complex designs that incorporate.

- Manage and assist with work on all phases of various mechanical engineering projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination.

- Communicate directly with the production department to coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting work in production areas

- Prepare and manage periodic preventive maintenance schedule

- Keep records of all preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works

- Coordinate with outside sources to schedule maintenance for more complex issues

- Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintains a safe work environment following all safety requirements

- Prepare and maintain maintenance related documents (ie. daily reports and check sheet)

- Proven leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- Plan, budget, oversee, schedule, track, and document all aspects of assigned project(s)

- Establish project scope and customize project plans

- Work closely with upper management and to ensure the scope of each project is on schedule

- Monitor project progress, identify issues in advance, and initiate appropriate escalations

- Identify and determine scope of work related to 3rd party needs

- Interact and communicate with all stakeholders from different lanes of business

- Perform updates with executive leadership and escalate any issues that will impact cost, schedule or budget

- Other equipment maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
