모집안내


◾  모집부문 : IT (전산업무), Office Assistant(Accountant,HR)

◾  근무시간: 주 40시간

◾  급여: $20 /an hour

◾  연 환산급여 : 약 $41,600/ a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾  급여 외 보상 : 근무 평가 후 우수 근무자 비자스폰가능




Job Description

• IT Department

The IT Staff is an entry level position which is production oriented. Individuals’ duties will include accurately entering large volumes of data into our systems and databases, among other accounting and finance support functions. Responsible for planning and engineering of systems as the relate to the Retail Department and Assi Plaza. Documentation of periodical reports and communication between stores. Monitor and maintenance of performance of POS system. The main duties shall be reported to HQ – Retail IT Department manager, and the work occurring at the store on-site may be reported to the branch manager, as necessary.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Perform all tasks related to product information needed at the store (register/modify/delete product information, print and attach product information attachments (Price Tag/POP, etc.) which requested by HQ office

• Issue report on all the issues of computer equipment used in store. (Report to HQ – IT Department or Store manager depends on the issue)

• Communication with the maintenance company as well as communication with the headquarters should occur if there is a problem related to the computer/electronic equipment. Matters concerning the fix or replacement of the machine must be carried out only with the approval of the HQ

• Service duties for customers: Receive requests and check/response to inquiries, customer service duties support)

• Enter data from scanned and/or processed images into the data capture system

• Assisting with special projects as required

• Oversees the webserver (e-mail) and CCTV system monitoring and support

• Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations, communicating necessary changes

• Comply with product information security and computer security regulations

• Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks

• Control and maintenance of retail store POS system

• Support for emergencies occurring within a store

• Performs other duties as assigned



 Office Assistant

The Office assistant responsibilities include all business and office management functions overall front office activities, operations including invoicing, scheduling, data entry, as well as ordering and maintaining all internal office equipment and supplies while also supporting the Human Resources department with administrative tasks. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<Accounting & Payroll>

• Daily and Monthly sales detail report preparation

• Convert POS data into an Excel file to support the accounting service

• Prepare and process daily deposit and manage communication with bank regarding the deposit and coin change

• Perform bookkeeping according to company accounting policies and procedures

• Maintain and file accounting documents including invoices, various reports, payroll, and payment records

• Serves as Executive Assistant to perform a wide variety of administrative duties, office support services, and planning initiatives

• Prepare and manage office and employee related reports

• Maintain and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and purchase reports

• Gather transaction data to prepare monthly closing reports

• Update the accounting data in timely manner to support creating financial statements

• Maintain and update scheduling for each department

• Collect the Payroll form and date to support payroll process

• Assist another team member, as necessary


<HR/GA>

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

• Work closely with HR to coordinate company events and initiatives: Supporting HR related administrative tasks

• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Training, grievances, timekeeping, scheduling, etc.,) – Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues 2 | Page

• Help to facilitate new hire orientation

• Proceed on-boards new employees in accordance with company policies through Payroll system

• Collaborate with HQ - HR regarding compliance issue. Write an incident report about an incident occurring in the store. Review files for accuracy and completeness. Obtain required documents to complete files. Communicate with processors and HQ – HR department or RB – General Affairs Department, as necessary. Assist with audits and reporting.
