• Manage and maintain employee personnel files (P-files), ensuring all documents are up-to-date and comply with legal and company standards.
• Assist in the preparation, configuration, and testing of the new HR system.
• Support the HR team in data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support in organizing training sessions for staff on the new system.
• Provide support for troubleshooting any technical issues during the implementation phase.
• Help maintain clear documentation of processes and user guides for future reference.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and gather feedback to improve system functionality.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed to support the project’s success.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, which may include research, report generation, and providing support to other HR initiatives.
