1. Assist in various aspects of the procurement process, including but not limited to sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and requirements across different departments 3. Aid in the creation and maintenance of procurement documentation, including purchase orders, supplier data, contracts and reports 4. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies 5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function 6. Assist in negotiating contracts, bids, purchase orders to secure favorable pricing and terms 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline translation processes and improve efficiency 8. Provide interpretation services for procurement activities, if need be 9. Assist with translating written content from Korean to English

1. Strong interpersonal communication skills required 2. KOR/ENG Bilingual 3. Currently pursuing a degree in (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 5. Must be able to work legally without visa sponsorship

근무조건

- 연봉 약 5,100만원 내외 ($18/hr, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)

- 해외정착지원금 500만원 수령 가능 (한국산업인력공단 지원)

진행 프로세스
1. 지원/접수
2. 채용대행 에이전시(ICN Group) 통해 서류 검토, J-1 Visa 발급요건 부합여부 확인
3. 기업 인터뷰 (화상 Zoom으로 통해 진행)
4. 합격자, 미국 스폰서기관 인터뷰 (회사-지원자 간의 보증을 해주는 미국 국무성 지정 기관)
5. 주한미국대사관 인터뷰
6. 출국/출근 

※ 파견직이 아닌 해당기업  또는 미국현지법인(미주지사) 직접고용으로 근무하게 됩니다.
※ 서류전형 합격자에 한해 해당 기업 면접이 진행되며, 면접 합격 후 J-1 Visa를 발급받고 출국합니다.
※ J-1비자를 받기 위한 승인서류 발급 프로세스는 아이씨엔그룹이 담당하며, J-1 Visa를 발급 받기 위해 발생하는 비용은 기업에서 베네핏으로 지원 예정입니다.
