[미국인턴] 물류대기업, LX판토스 미주지사 - 인턴 채용 (숙소 지원)

1) Process customer orders, plan & optimize shipments into loads, tender freight to third-party carriers. 2) Update Transportation Management System with current shipment information. 3) Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail. 4) Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process oversight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions. 5) Complete daily logs and trackers. 6) Schedule and send orders/requests to multiple carriers for outbound shipments distribution centers/customers. 7) Ensure all pickup and delivery appointments are made between receiver and 8) Customer Company’s order lists and track orders to ensure on-time delivery (TMS) to receiver. 9) Excellent and prompt communication skills with customers to solve any delivery issues. 10) Prepare various reports on a daily basis. 11) Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

1) Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred 2) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment 3) Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 4) Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal skills both in Korean and English required

- 연봉 약 4,500만원 내외 ($16/hrs, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음) - $500/month 숙소+교통비 별도 지급
