[담당업무]

1. Clienteling Activities

• Support the gifting program for CRM & HJ treatment (collecting order, follow-up etc)

• Create DN in SAP system to allocate corporate gift to boutique and track of usages

• Collect and check the boutique gift expenses, Create PO in SAP system/Non-PO, Handle other gift expenses

• Assist Client Contact Campaign activities through communication channels such as MMS, Kakao Sync

2. Reporting

• Manage the weekly / Monthly CRM reports

• Prepare monthly sales meeting and bi-monthly CRM ambassador meeting report

• Provide CRM & HJ monthly incentive accrual form to retail team in a timely manner

3. Others

• Assist local clienteling events to deliver seamless client experience.

• Translate training materials

• Provide IT support for the BTQ staff

• Support the miscellaneous office works (documentation, occasional gift order/delivery, arrangement, material preparation, meeting room set-up, send/pick-up the parcel (mail bag) between office and boutique etc)
