Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative for Tridge’s Intelligence and Solutions Department will be strategic by nature and a born problem solver who puts Tridge’s clients at the core of everything that they do.The manager will manage client relationships and planning and work closely with HQ personnel as well as global sales managers in various different countries to develop meaningful relationships. With proven understanding of a platform business, this role will be responsible for partnering with the right resources both internally and externally to drive sales revenue. The manager should be able to speak to any types of profiles and potential clients, and help originate and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A. Enterprise Sales:
- Identify new opportunities with enterprise prospects and stakeholders within the food and agriculture space by leveraging external resources such as LinkedIn, personal networks, government agencies, and other relevant resources
- Perform demo presentations that demonstrate the value-proposition of Tridge's Intelligence features and solutions
- Execute sales activities with goals of exceeding individual targets and develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders (decision makers) within Tridge's potential Enterprise clients to ensure sales get closed
B. Product Sales:
- Influence and drive the sales process while managing multi-layer stakeholders in Enterprise Organizations.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methodologies, techniques and evaluation criteria throughout the sales process and institute those processes for the demo sessions provided to clients.
- Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
- Pursue continuous personal improvements through participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
- Be a champion for your assigned clients and liaise between the clients and internal teams.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the intelligence service, IT service, Subscription business
- English proficiency to communicate with global team members
- Strong communication and outstanding negotiating skills
- Adaptability to a new strategy in a fast-moving environment
- Working with a multinational organization or managing customers on a regional basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 4 years of professional work experience
- SaaS or platform sales experience
- Client-facing and account management experience
- Food and agriculture experience
- Familiarity with B2B business
- Multiple languages to perform sales
