[업무내용]

1) Summary of Position

Mainly in charge of assisting with all Visual Merchandising activities for IWC in Korea with the aim to maximize brand exposure/visibility and build brand awareness and notoriety.

2) Activities

Visual Merchandising:

• Routine check up on all POS to provide updated report regularly

• Define, implement, and monitor the corporate VM guidelines in the trade and retail network in the zone

• Define the PLV order for the year, monthly monitor stock levels and deliveries (via NSI), and ensure strict adherence to the related budgets defined at the beginning of the year.

Analysis & Reporting:

• Create monthly VM calendar.

Marketing & Communications:

• Support PR events, and brand exhibition.

Others:

• Assess and supply the general PLV needs for the year in the zone (press gifts, event giveaways, SIHH gifts, VIP/boutique gifts, edition, workbooks, etc.)

• Monitor and maintain A&P budgets in POS, PLV and Printed Materials (invoice processing, tracking, consolidation with financial reports on a monthly basis, update planning in relevant areas of POS, Edition, Promotion, etc.)

3) Key objectives:

• Maximize brand awareness and image via high standard of VM at all POS

• Support Sales team from a marketing role (VM, PLV and GIFTs)

• Ensure the A&P budgets for POS, PLV and Printed Materials are strictly respected via monthly monitoring and reconciliation

[직무관련]

• Bachelors’ degree at university

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Fluent English and Korean language skills are must

[우대사항]

• Previous experience in Visual Merchandising (as assistant, coordinator) would be appreciated
