SBS HR Services On-Site Service Delivery – SOUTH KOREA, will be responsible for:
1. Operations Excellence for Time to Payroll:
a. Manage E2E Operations Time to Payroll (T2P) in the country, in collaboration with external provider:
i. Payroll Management in timely manner with high integrity and compliance.
ii. Time and Attendance Management in the country.
iii. Ensuring DTP in place, updated and sign off with relevance parties.
iv. Vendor Management for local benefits provider.
v. PR/PO requestor for all localpayroll and benefits provider.
vi. Ensure that payroll input ready for payroll cycle as per payroll calendar.
vii. Manage all documents related to Time & attendance, Benefits and payroll (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
viii. Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
ix. Provide Tier 2 support for this Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance processes
x. Stake holders management with neighboring functions in local country
xi. Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
xii. Prepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports
b. Ensure that DTP are updated and signed off by respective parties, based on quarterly Global Core Model update.
c. Ensure T2P transaction fulfill Golden rules and SBS HR Services Executive KPIs, with proper document in place if exception needed.
i. Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
d. As local Single Point of Contact for:
i. Local benefits, including benefits admin such as for pension, medical insurance, medical check up etc.
ii. Audit that related with SBS HR Services in country.
iii. On-Boarding day 1 activities for Access and Assets, including Corporate credit card
iv. Off-Boarding, ensuring all access and assets return to company, including Corporate Credit Card
2. Process Excellence:
a. Identify the room for improvement on the current process, through simplificaiton, standardization, harmonization, and automation.
b. Closed open item from the current DTP vs Global Core Model
3. Compliance:
a. Ensuring that the day to day operations comply with Internal Control framework
b. Fulfill Control Self Assessment (CSA) in timely manner.
c. Close all the audit finding (internal Audit and External audit) and reflected in IC & P report system.
d. Complete all mandatory compliance training in iLearn in timely manner
e. Comply with all HSE and security guideline, including complete the mandatory training for HSE.]
4. Individual development:
a. Proactively develp self via Sanofi learning platform (iLearn, CURIOUS, Sanofi University etc).
b. Actively involve on the cross functional continuous improvement project
c. Update Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Career aspiration in Workday in timely manner.
