Seller Management Intern - Cross Border eCommerce

Job Description:

- Work with internal teams (e.g. BD, Marketing etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products

- Maintain close communication between Shopee and Sellers/Brands

- Responsible for campaign nomination to join the platform's campaign to drive business

- Responsible for summarizing the campaign activities by analyzing the performance

- Responsible for analyzing data to ensure campaign nomination quality, success in selection and order generation efficiency

- Liaise closely with relationship managers to obtain sellers’ feedback on campaigns

Requirements:

- Good at communication, negotiation, and problem-solving

- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed

- Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel
