[주요업무]

- Ensure compliance with local EH&S laws and regulations by setting governance process to understand the applicable laws & regulations and propose to the local leadership team to take actions to follow.

- Develops and maintains procedures related to EHS&S practices, e.g., emergency preparedness and response plan, office EH&S programs, safe fleet, ergonomics, chemical management, contractor safety, permit to works, job safety analysis, etc.

- Identify training needed, conduct the EH&S orientation for new-comer, and regularly provide training and other EH&S awareness programs for all employees.

- Periodically conduct safety inspections throughout the facilities and improve the non-conformance findings to prevent injury/illness incidents or other non-compliance issues.

- Solicit with EH&S, safe fleet team to achieve J&J Global/Regional/Campus EH&S target and continuously improve the program

- Timely submit relevant corporate or government reports.

- Lead incident investigation and, facilitate corrective & preventive actions development and monitor progress
