Cloud Support Associate (신입)

A day in the life

• We operate on a follow-the-sun model - we work in the daytime/evening, and handover to other Premium Support sites during the night. Some shifts include staggered weeks, either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Will graduate in 2022 or 2023

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management related majors

• Fluent in Korean

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills

• Self-starter who is excited about technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A strong grasp of Information Security and implemented processes to review IT infrastructure.

• Knowledge and experience with threat modeling and penetration testing, especially for web application and web APIs.

• Web security and compliance experience (e.g. Firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, DDOS prevention and PCI, HIPAA, FIPS, etc.).

• Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /Database

• Exposure to Cloud computing

AWS Next Gen Internship Program(Sales) (인턴)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Penultimate year student working towards a bachelor’s degree

• Candidates must be able to legally work in Korea

• Able to commit to a full-time internship from January to July 2023

• Analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use Excel or other software to provide data to support analyses

• Excellent Korean and English written and verbal communication skills

Program Manager Intern 2023-Global Delivery Operations (인턴)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently in your penultimate year and pursuing a Bachelor's degree

• Must be able to legally work in South Korea

• Able to commit to a full-time internship from Jan to July 2023

• Strong written and verbal English

• Great team player with excellent communication skill

• Strong attention to details

• Intermediate MS-Excel skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent attention to detail and is comfortable to handle data

Associate Solutions Architect (신입)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics / Technology / Related science/technical field OR equivalent training, certifications, and/or experience (0-2 years).

• Graduating in 2023 OR 0-2 years of technical work experience.

• Interest and aptitude to learn about and deliver cloud-based solutions to customers.

• Knowledge of one of the programming languages like Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++ OR the interest and technical ability to learn a programming language.

• Applicants must have the Valid Work Authorisation for Korea

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

• Knowledge of Networking fundamentals including Security, Storage or Databases (Relational and/or NoSQL), Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)

• Experience with infrastructure as code, ops automation, and configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.

• Knowledge of the primary AWS services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53, and S3
