[담당업무]

- Contribute to the planning and execution of community programs and content for World of Warcraft in Korea and Warcraft Arclight Rumble.

- Inform and engage Korean players through forums, social media channels, streams and other venues.

- Support communication plans and channel management in Korea

- Plan YouTube content that can increase player engagement in line with in-game content beat and promotion.

- Evaluate and analyze stream campaign and YouTube content and seek effective ways to drive improvement.

- Develop effective plans, programs, and strategies to increase reach of communication and community engagement

- Provide meaningful feedback on the community’s sentiment, concerns, and suggestions to ensure optimal engagement, community impact, and enhanced company/franchise reputation.

- Develop reports on community activities and pulse/voice of the community.

- Build relationships with community partners such as fan sites, influencers, and external key community managers to promote our communication efforts

- Build strong relationships within the team, HQ community, and the stakeholders within the company and the industry.

- Collaborate with other teams/departments to develop and execute the company’s Integrated Marketing Communication plan.

[자격요건]

Experience

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in community management, social media, public relations (PR), digital marketing or other public communication-related fields

- Job title may be adjusted depending on candidate's skills and experience

Knowledge & Skills

- Strong working knowledge of World of Warcraft and other popular PC and mobile games in Korea

- High-level understanding of social media platforms, particularly for YouTube

- Strong oral and written communication skills; can clearly present ideas in communications

- Business level of English skill

- Comfortable with MS office and Adobe Photoshop

Key Attributes

- A passionate gamer

- Familiarity with gaming culture, streaming and World of Warcraft/Blizzard games required

- An exceptional insight of social media trends and gaming community and its behavior
