The key goals we expect are as follows:
Platform Strategy & Sales Operations will be responsible for strategic planning of the Platform Business Department that involves managing short, and mid-long-term strategies to achieve the platform sales growth & target, effectively executing them with cross-functional departments, including Fulfillment, Product, Sales, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Platform Sales Team to plan & execute an effective & profitable sales strategy
- Proactively optimize & manage sales system/process, CRM & operation workflow to achieve the metric goals
- Set & track revenue targets & manage activities related to bookkeeping & incentive scheme
- Generate service pitch decks & playbooks to assist the Platform Sales Team
- Collaborate with the Global Fulfillment Teams to prospect sales opportunities to generate referrals & ultimately achieve Fulfillment Digital Integration
- Proactively collect customer feedback, communicate & coordinate with the Product Team to continuously optimize Tridge platform products & services to develop a profitable & innovative market-fit product
- Coordinate with Legal & Compliance Team for Sales Contracts
Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:
- Analytical & data-driven mindset & work ethics
- Proficient in Excel/Presentation, excellent communication skills, and business acumen
- Strategic planning ability to reproduce platform sales success cases
- Business Fluency in English
