HR Services Representative (신입/경력)

Job Mission

People Services Europe is the people contact center for employees and managers within Europe and is responsible for managing all Hire2Retire Operational processes. As a HR Representative you support business travelers (global) in the area of immigration, social security and tax related matters related to travels. In addition, you ensure that all employees with a residence permit within ASML Europe are compliant to be allowed to work. You are responsible for interacting with general management, HR managers and employees by providing insights and solutions to diverse scenarios by phone, mail or via our HR systems.

You will be part of a dynamic team within People Services organization in a fast growing and continuously changing international high tech company, with lots of career and development opportunities.

Job Description  

Responsible for the correct application of visa and work permits for the customers (business travel and Dutch immigration);

Responsible for submitted information and ensure that all required information is complete and correct;

Responsible for initiations to external vendors if they have to start the visa or work permit processes;

Inform customers on processing times of the various visa (business travel and Dutch immigration) and let them know in case planned dates are not feasible;

Answer questions of customers on application status and check with vendors on agreed deadlines;

Sharing, obtaining and maintaining knowledge is key;

Deliver based on agreements (KPI/SLA);

Drive high standards and first time right service delivery;

Drive efficiency improvements while also keeping the customer needs in mind

Experience  

Bachelor's degree or equivalent gained through experience preferably within HR

0~4 years of experiences

Personal skills  

Being able to keep focus in a changing environment

Excellent communication skills in English

You are comfortable with IT tools such as MS office on high level or any other automated programs

You are able to structure your day to day activities in an efficient way, even when your workload is high

You have good communication and administrative skills and want to develop new practical competences or build upon your current ones

You have a sharp mind with interest in solving problems and you know how to provide an excellent customer experience, keeping the large variety in background and nationality of our population in mind
