Buying/Selection order, Re-Order to HQ, input order onto system

Communicate store staffs and visit stores, execute buying interview with shops

Allocate and reallocate products according to the needs of each shop and to the sales trend

Execute product presentation in each season/in each stores according to their needs

Prepare allocation schedule and input into system and inform shops

Monitor and control arrivals of products and solicit to HQ according to needs

Manage treatment of defective goods by collaborating with logistic team

Prepare weekly and monthly sales report

Report to Merchandising Manager
