[Job Information]

- 고용형태 : 6개월 계약직(Fixed Term Hired)

- 근무처 : 휴고보스 코리아 서울 사무소(광화문역 소재)

- 근무시간: 오전 9시 30분 – 오후 6시 30분 (1시간 휴게시간 포함)

- 소속팀 및 팀 구조: e-commerce팀 / 팀장 1, 팀원 2, 본 포지션

[Job Description]

1. E-Commerce Order Management

- Responsible for e-com customer order management working with stakeholders(e-com sales executives, operation agency, retail stores, e-com warehouse)

- Updating status of customers' sales order, return order and exchange order using excel file

- Requesting TR to retail stores and tracking status of TR daily base

- Daily order report management

- Seasonal return management working with stakeholders(merchandising team, operation agency and warehouse)

2. E-Commerce Stock Management

- Responsible for e-commerce stock management utilizing internal system

- Managing inbound and outbound stock movement of e-commerce working with stakeholders(merchandising team, logistic team, operation agency and e-com warehouse)

- Sample & defect product management

- Sharing daily stock on hand to stakeholders(e-com team, operation agency)

- Seasonal newness stock management working with merchandising team.

3. Administration Work

- Monthly payment request work for E-com team

- Monthly Sales Closing work for E-com team working with stakeholders(Finance team, operation agency)

- Product image taking support

- NPM & GWP management working with stakeholders (E-com team, warehouse) (Placing order, payment and tracking order, stock management)

- Consolidating product information utilizing internal systems

- Digital Wholesale support working with E-commerce Manager

4. E-Commerce Customer Care Support

- Responsible for e-commerce customer care support

- Process customer inquiries of hb.com that flow into the live-chat and email utilizing relevant system and working with stakeholders(global agency, SEAPAC customer care team)

- Monthly hb.com customer care report to SEAPAC customer care team

- Process customer inquiries of 3rd party platforms that flow into operation agency

[Requirements]

- 1-3 years of experience in administration preferred.

- Strong process understanding, Fast-learner, proactive and team player

- Excellent excel skill and communication skills in Korean and English

- Experience in e-commerce business is preferred
