[담당업무]
Work with and counsel internal customers on best practices.
Proactively own and manage internal customer relationships. Provide a single point of contact for customer issues.
Apply critical problem-solving skills to escalated issues.
Manage system-level user permissions and built-in approval processes.
Configure applicant flow and interview processes
Review and maintain the offer templates and how they’re stored in Greenhouse
Ensure data integrity with ongoing data cleansing
Provide feedback and ideas on improving the global standard operating procedure (SOP).
Provide new user training and support
[자격요건]
Bachelors degree
Basic computer skills. Ability to do basic functions in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft O365.
Knowledge of standard recruitment activity and processes
Proactive and able to work on tasks with minimal supervision and bring them to completion
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and virtual
Bilingual in Korean/English
Eagerness to learn
High level of attention to detail

Hands-on applicant tracking system or system administration/configuration experience
