Develop and execute an always-on content and social marketing plan across owned channels including Naver post/ blog and social networks

Work closely with the marketing team to devise a content and social strategy that aligns with the company’s wider goals and campaign objectives

Create, curate and manage content for the Naver post/ blog and social channels including but not limited to Instagram, Kakao view, to increase brand awareness and conversion rate

Track and evaluate the impact of social and content initiatives in meeting targets and objectives, as well as reporting on the results and optimize for future campaigns

Identify and drive best-in-class, high-impact partnerships with content creators (KOL), publishers and communities to grow Klook’s presence and customer acquisition

Research on customer and product trends, and identify new opportunities to drive traffic and user growth
