[업무내용]
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Onboard all hourly new hires
- Execute on all hourly New Hire IT requisitions
- Enter new hire data into HRIS Systems
- Manage all Temporary Staffing payroll
- Main point of contact for all Temporary Staffing needs
- Support new hire orientation
- Prepare HR documents including new hire guides
- Act as HR resource for management and employee population
- Create and maintain employee record tracking system
- Perform other duties as assigned
[지원 자격]
- Bi-lingual – Spanish required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Distribution/Warehouse, Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Education: High School Diploma or GED Required
