[업무내용]

- Market Research – Conduct market research in a professional and timely manner, and build development project or acquisition feasibility studies and/or strategies for approval accordingly

- Investment Paper Drafting – Assist team members drafting Investment Papers with market research and data to deliver deal prospects to HQ and Investors

- Finanial Modeling- Support senior investment manager on financial modeling aspect

[지원 자격]

대졸 / 졸업예정자 가능

- Have graduated, or are expected to graduate in the next 6 months

- Degree Qualified preferably with exposure to Finance, Economics or Real Estate

- Korean and English fluency is required (able to communicate with the regional team)

- Analytically inclined, detail oriented and organised with focus on deliverables

- A self-starter, with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment and,

- Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- PC Proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
