[업무내용]

Reporting to Retail Assistant Manager

MAIN PURPOSE

To guarantee the operating support for Roger Dubuis in Korea aligned with corporate guidelines and procedures. To Support Retail Team and Brand for general operations and management. Basic administrative work related to overall retail operation with supporting Retail team. Follow up general boutique requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Retail teams to increase sales and ensure operational efficiency.

Collecting and consolidating CRM data: weekly & monthly performance data for reporting

Use the CRM tools for performance tracking and Boutique operation to improve sales performance.

Propose and implement all necessary action plan to retail team to improve working conditions in boutique n smoothen daily operations

Support the miscellaneous office works (documentation, stationery order/delivery, arrangement, meeting room booking, send/receive the Retail parcel between office and boutique etc.)

Support managing BTQ inventories such as timepiece and accessories, etc.)

Consolidate sales data and issue the weekly sales report for Boutiques/Dealer

Be able to harmonize local BTQ and HQ related to each department in charge.

학력 없음

- Good level of written and verbal English preferred

- Good at MS office (Excel)

[우대사항]

- Some experience in Luxury Retail busines preferred
