[모집요강]

# 담당업무

- Communicate and coordinate with carriers to ensure all aspects of the carrier’s function is complete.

- Analyze and measure carriers based on their on-time pick-ups, track and trace, on time deliveries, information of delivery, and POD acquisitions and verification,

- Update Transportation Management System with given information from both internal and external parties.

- Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other departments by phone and e-mail.

- Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process over-sight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions.

- Research and verify root cause of carrier failures.

- Respond to any tracking inquiries in timely manner.

- Communicate with carriers to discuss delivery issues on a day to day basis.

- Complete various daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and report.

- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor 

# 지원 자격

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Must be able to learn and regularly operate various computer systems across different platforms

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
