▶ 여행 오퍼레이션

- Booking hotels, tours and activities

- Create custom itineraries for FIT & Group travel

- Professionally communicate with travelers and/or their travel companies via phone and email

- Help to maintain our customer database & supporting travel documents.

- Interacts with customers to resolve any cases arising before, during and after the trip

▶ Front-end Web/App Developer

*AJAX, VUE3, HTML5, CSS3, javascript, Codeigniter , Quasar , nginx, mysql, Ms-Sql

- This is a hands-on role for developing and supporting new and existing features

- This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate the complex interdependencies inherent in this role

- Your work will involve everything from high-level UI development to working at different levels of the stack in order to pull off result-oriented features

- You will be maintaining and improving not just our features, but also their supporting frameworks and system services

- You will also be responsible for debugging and delivering the best possible application performance and adopting the best testing practices to help you find and fix bugs early

▶ Front-end Web/App Assistant Developer

- An effective front-end web application developer will be comfortable building UI frameworks that the rest of the team can leverage

- Oversee and participate in the planning, development, and implementation of applications

- Work with the team in designing and developing products

- Build and maintain a library of styles and components that can be leveraged by the team repeatedly for many problem statements (reusable)

- Leverage analytics platforms for better monitoring and prioritizing of UI/UX features

- Independently design and code application libraries and components

- Act as a technical contributor in the design of new applications or enhancements including integration of purchased solutions

- Facilitate requirements elicitation and documentation for client interfaces through one-onone interviews and group discussions

- Analyze and communicate the impact of competing solutions to business problems

- Express the value of redundant interfaces for solving the same problem when defending feature inclusion from the perspective of multiple user personas

▶ Global web/mobile service planning and operation PM/Expert

- Web/mobile service planning and operation

- Smooth communication in English (e-mail/business meeting communication, etc.)

- Project progress and schedule management, collaboration with overseas centers

- Reporting status and results to customers

- Planning the business plan and in charge of overall profit model and planning

- We are looking for someone with excellent teamwork who oversees the IT and operation teams.

▶ Digital Marketing Specialist

- Conceptualize and conduct product photo shoots and photo editing for online tour/restaurant catalogs and campaigns

- Manage execution of accurate tour/restaurant data for online stores, including titles, descriptions, images, attributions and pricing

- Gather performance data and help to assemble reports

- Undertake daily administrative tasks such as billing and invoicing, vendor coordination, store supply monitoring and ordering and field operations support to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

- Maintain spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

- Communicate directly with external vendors and internal customers about their needs from the marketing department

- Abide to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy

- Ensure compliance with internal controls as applicable to your function within the organization

▶ Content creator for digital marketing

- Creating attractive content using photos and videos of Hawaii

- This role will create graphic and video social media content and implement strategies to increase engagement, both internally and externally

- Design and produce unique organic and paid content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube

- Work in tandem with Sr

- Stay up to date on digital and social trends and proactively recommend how to translate them to our marketing goals

- Work with business to execute social media advertising strategies

- Coordinate projects and influence stakeholders to obtain internal feedback and approvals

- Encourage and guide field content creators and travel to field locations for collaboration

- Ensure timely and accurate launch of new content across all platforms

- Provide creative recommendations

- Manage creative assets

- Capture video and photo content to promote internally and externally

- Edit video clips for social media

- Measure and communicate social post engagement

▶ 회계​

- Responsible for all facts of costs and sales accounting to keep billing and collections current

- Manage intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation

- Assist with Account Payable forwarding of invoices, reconciliation, follow-up, monthly check requests

- Daily cash reconciliation and reporting

- Bank and credit card account management and reconciliation

- Assist with month end General Ledger closing

- Manage fixed asset inventory
