Job Description:

We seek a talented Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to manage and execute our influencer marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key influencers in the fashion industry, negotiating partnerships, and executing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out research on influencers, trends, and target audiences for effective influencer engagement strategies

- Develop influencer marketing campaigns tailored to specific products and target audiences

- Plan and execute influencer campaigns, track and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of each campaign

- Communicate with influencers and manage relationships effectively to ensure successful campaigns

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand image and resonates with the target audience

- Monitor and report industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in influencer marketing and the fashion industry

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the Fashion/FMCG industry

- Strong knowledge of social media and the influencer landscape

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis

- Experience with social media listening and analytics tools

- Fluent in English and Korean
