[업무내용]
A. Overall Purpose of The Job
Support Account Managers and Sales Teams and successfully deliver complex contractual billing and other non-standard sales support activities.
Providing a consistent administrative support function to the Sales and Marketing Department in relation to client renewal, operational on-boarding of clients and client reporting.
B. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of Sales Operation include, but are not limited to:
● Creation and dispatch of Invoice Request Forms and Credit Note Requests
● Creation, dispatch and storage of Certificates of Subscription and contracts as well as aassistance with obtaining signatures via DocuSign when needed
● Compliance check and assurance that all relevant documentation is provided before invoicing
● Compliance check and assistance with operational implementation of new clients
● Ensuring that administrative data at the account, program and opportunity level is updated and up to date (contacts, addresses, dates, contracts, activities and subscriber declaration)
● Provision of admin support to client facing roles for standard and non-standard client reports (business review or SLA reports)
● Completion and archiving of supplier registration forms from clients
● Organize the printing and dispatch of the membership cards
● Support to sales team on opportunity management and compliance in SFDC
● SFDC PowerUser if applicable
● Provide feedback on existing sales operations processes to Sales Operations Manager for continuous improvement and finetuning to optimize key Sales and Marketing processes re-engineering where required gaining further efficiency and effectiveness.
● Maintaining data accuracy and integrity of client data in SFDC
In addition to the above responsibilities the Sales Operation will support across the four pillars.

● Sales Operation
There can be flexibility in moving to a different pillar as requested based on business needs.
