모집안내
◾ 채용부문 : IT(경영지원)
◾ 근무기간 : 12개월
◾ 근무시간: 08:30AM ~ 17:30PM
◾ 급여: $15 / an hour
◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $31,200 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 아침·점심 제공, 병가등의 법정 후생 제공, 교통비 지원, Worker's Compensation Insurance지원,

Job Description
An IT SM team intern plays a critical role in efficiently maintaining the core applications that our organization operates, such as SAP, WMS, and other similar applications. They will be responsible for issue monitoring, ticket system management, and project support. This internship program provides an opportunity to gain valuable insight into our business operations in industries such as trade and distribution. By participating in this program, interns will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of our business and the industry we operate in.
Responsibilities
- Management issue tickets
- Provide project assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to ERP/WMS/eCommerce systems.
- Support maintain and manage ERP/WMS/eCommerce systems with team members.
- Support end users (ERP/WMS/eCommerce).
- Support application test, UAT, QA
- Payment resolution
- Verification payment between partners and clients
- Application manual
- Manage open invoices
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Major in information technology, Business management, Supply chain management or related field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge on wholesale, distribution or business management.
- Prefer use SQL
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably with a manufacturing focus, and other business applications.
- Experience with application and system integrations.
