1. Strategy and business plan

- Coordination of the business strategy process, including facilitation of annual/quarter strategy review

- Coordination of the BU (Motion Control) strategy for topics related to business targets, market analysis, sustainability including dashboards

- Develop and implement optimized sales steering methods as well as business plans including regional sales strategies, growth and investment plans

2. Drive all HQ related topics

- Pulse check, Sales steering and implementation in SieSales.

- Work towards pulse check driving with Sales in order to meet all the necessary criteria of successfully closing the Sales opportunities and also with HQ

- Lead management for enquiries via web / events like Hannover Messe, SPS and EMO.

3. Business Excellence Community

- Ensure best practices are shared and bring best practice to other organizations.
