[담당업무]

■ 조립공정 생산/공정관리(Assembly Manufacturing Engineer)

Take full charge of certain process and support technique for production without any delay, and control equipment, facilities, jigs and fixtures for supporting assembly cell.

Take charge of EC (Engineering Change), perform cost analysis and control other department for closing EC as an Originator/Coordinator.

Improve working safety by eliminating process risk based on Edwards Health and Safety Policy.

Create and control revision history of edward engineering documents such as SOP, 4M change, build sheet, TPM document.

Measure routing time of each product/process and change BOM.

Control standard Jig, Fixture, Equipment and facility and control specification, operation method, scrap to keep assembly quality.

Manage and update PFMEA to reduce RPN rate regrading to Severity, Occurrence and Detection ranking.

Develope and install strong error-proofing system, to prevent build error of assembly process(Digital SOPs, Pick To Light system, Electric Nut Runner, Torque sequence system)
