[담당업무]

Ecommerce management

• Managing day-to-day operation on official.com sites for all brands.

• Consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly e-Com sales report

• Supporting official.com onsite merchandising for all brands

• Work with internal team to align product lists and launch on each marketplace channels

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action to ensure we build and maintain a leadership position in eCommerce/ Digital

• Support and follow up global and local e-business projects

Online customer service & Operation support

• Review online orders by daily basis and support related tasks from customers

• Be the first contact for assisting customer for any requests related to online orders.

• Deliver inbound & outbound call to customer in case of placing cancellation and return.
