[담당업무]

Key responsibility 1 : Support Customer Experience and Treatment

- Assist in preparation and coordination of customer events, gifts, personalized treatments.

- Review translations of marketing/transactional newsletters and MMS throughout the entire customer journey.

- Manage distribution of customer gifts to boutiques and handle associated monthly expenses in SAP.

- Conduct regular research and compile best practices for competitors

Key responsibility 2 : Support CRM Database Management

- Execute clerical tasks, including drafting reports on customer segmentation and profiles, as well as translating documents from English to Korean.

- Monitor customer-related data to achieve CRM KPIs.

- Provide performance reports and insights on CRM activations/campaigns.

- Ensure data quality by implementing data-cleansing and de-duplication processes.

- Utilize local CRM tools alongside IWC global tools(SAP, Salesforce) for customer analysis.
