Brand / Division: Piaget / Product & Merchandising team

Reporting: Product & Merchandising manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. General sales and stock management support

• Daily stock on hand update

• Weekly update sell-out and stock data (local / DF / WS) in order to create best seller report and support allocation work for booster order

• Support updating relevant data for monthly closing analysis

2. General Operation in SAP system

• Execute stock transfer from DC in SAP system: VG Daily basis / GG Weekly basis / POSM upon request from boutique

• Follow-up and manage overall Straps order in SAP system• Support POSM needs from boutiques upon request (GIA report, certificates, NFC card..)

3. Staff & Special sales operation

• SO/ODN creation in SAP

4. High Jewelry stock management

• Regular check of stock / return status of High Jewelry

• Occasional follow-up special HJ event

5. Intercounty transfer follow-up

• Check the availability from BTQ

• Arrange stock return from BTQ for returns

• Operational works in SAP for return (create return ODN or High sea transfer
