* 세일럼 (Salem)는 미국 오리건주 북서부에 있는 오리건 주의 주도로 오리건주에서 유명한 포틀랜드시에서 차로 약 50여분 거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 아름다운 자연과 함께 캠핑, 와이너리로 유명하며, 실버 폴스 주립공원, 슈라이너스 이리스 가든스, 딥우드 박물관, Hallie Ford 미술관, Elsinore 극장 등이 있어 자연과 함께 문화생활을 즐기기에도 좋습니다. 

모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : R&D Intern  

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간 : 주 40시간

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $33,280 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 기숙사 제공 (2인 1실, 1인 1실 중 상황에 따라 배정), 유틸리티 개인 부담, 연 40시간 병가 제공 (0.033hrs/work hour accrual)  

Job Description

- Develop new product offerings from concept through launch
- Design, lead and participate in plant tests and consumer tests
- Troubleshoot product issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct and analyze self-life studies independently and cross-functionally
- Monitor development and scale-up of product to ensure proper specifications are set
- Crete recipe and produce a new product
- Assist in the coordination f testing results including finished products, raw materials, and packaging components and the appropriate release and hold programs associated with these materials
- Review production batch records
- Verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitization.
- Calibrate and maintain all equipment to ensure all systems are functioning properly
- HACCP training (Meet and poultry, Seafood) acquired
