모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Web Developer

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간 : 8:00AM ~ 17:00PM (1hr lunch)

◾  급여 : $16 / hour + 면접시 협의

◾  연 환산급여 : 약 $33,280+ / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

Job Description

With our business continually growing, our team is looking to move to the next level of our workflow automation which will increase the work efficiency and effectiveness and help provide better service to our customers. For this project, we are seeking a web developer to boost the in-house ERP development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality web applications using Next.js. You will collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to create innovative, user-friendly, and high-performance web solutions that meet our client's specific needs and requirements.

 Main Responsibilities: 

• Designing, developing, and implementing web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards for Next.js development.

• Optimizing web applications for maximum performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices. 

• Performing thorough testing and debugging of Next.js applications to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and security. 

• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications, to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Next.js, React, and front-end web development technologies, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications or create new ones. 

• Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• You have proven experience developing web applications using Next.js and React, with a strong understanding of their features and best practices. 

• You are proficient in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. 

• You have strong knowledge of web development best practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization. 

• You are familiar with version control systems, such as Git. 

• You are familiar with testing frameworks and libraries. Such as React Testing Library. 

• You are familiar with server-side technologies, such as Node.js or Express.js

• You have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative web solutions. 

• You possess a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is a plus. 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
