모집안내
◾ 채용부문 : Purchasing, Graphic & Packaging Design, Customer Services, Sales Coordinator
◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상
◾ 근무시간: 09:00AM ~ 18:00PM (1hr lunch)
◾ 급여 : $18~20 / an hour (경력에 따라 협의)
◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $37,440 ~ $41,600 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 아침·점심제공, Paid Holidays, Vacation&Sick Leave(up to 19 days), Performance&Annual Bonus, Incentive(Sales Dept.)
◾ 자격요건 : 영어 중상이상, Sales의 경우 운전면허 필수

Purchasing | - Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs | · Work experience as a purchase assistant, purchasing office or similar role · Good understanding of supply chain procedures · Hands-on experience with purchasing software · Advance knowledge of MS Excel · Knowledge of market research · Experience in beauty supply industry is a plus |
Graphic & Packaging Design | -Collaborate with creative teams to execute designs that are effective, on-brand and eye-catching -Design development and execution of core brand for new product launches -Including: advertising, catalog, packaging mock-ups, photography, marketing assets | · Excellent typography and graphic design skill – with an understanding and appreciation of the beauty industry · Knowledge of print, production and primary packaging · Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design · Strong time management and ability to multitask · Knowledge of HTML / Web design software a plus · Eligible to work in the United States |
Customer Services | - Manage and release sales orders | · Team player with great communication skills · Knowledge of MS Excel, Word · Fluent in English and Korean · Experience in beauty supply industry is a plus |
Sales Coordinator | - Proving support to our sales representatives, assisting in daily in/out of office needs | · Must be Bilingual in Korean and English (Fluent in English Strongly Preferred) · Proficiency with Microsoft Office · Excellent communication skills · Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task |
