[담당업무]

- Upholding Campus hiring related policies, guidelines, technology and systems involved to partner with target universities and partner vendors

- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with target university/college stakeholders as well as graduate recruitment

- Consulting with career services office staff, faculty and student groups

- Participating in planning events (both in-house and on-campus) prior to executing initiatives on campuses

- Organizing and administer logistics for networking events

- Managing logistical support for Philips assessment centers, interview days and other selection tools

- Managing approved Campus vacancies and provide the business with outstanding candidates through standardized hiring process

- Executing end-to-end recruitment process until the offer stage.
