Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Building Tridge Sales Enabler competencies

- Understanding and learning Agri Industry Knowledge

- Execution to make oneself as a Tridge Sales Enabler with building competitive competencies

2. Corroborate with each departments (HR, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Other Sales Team, Finance, Compliance, etc) for coordinating and developing course of education and related class for new joiner to enable themself as a decent Tridge member.

3. Leading Operation and Administration

- Maintain and Keep track of updated Company’s directions, Sales pipeline, Client interactions, Sales Activities with exact and rigorous manner.

- Regular and Ad Hoc Report Preparation , Maintaining required documents & Data, Research, Rev. Generation, Wincase- Reference Cascading.

- Collecting Customer’s feedback & Insight and improving Tridge’s Platform Service with internal Stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:

1. Up to 10 years' sales experience in Global B2B S/W leading solutions and/or SaaS Sales and/or Consulting in the agri-food industry (Retailers, Manufacturers, Distributors, Producers, etc.)

2. Or B2B coverage Sales experience in the agri-food industry of US/ Europe country and/or region

3. Or a Industry consulting Experience in US/ Europe countries and/or region

4. Commonly expected sales skills or same level of experiences

- Brand representative of a company in every level of business to the customers

- Excellent knowledges and Experiences in Consultative Sales and/or Solution Sales

- Building long-term partnership with customer

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean, and any of the local languages in Europe is a plus.

- Proven track records in sales (Expect gradually developed and make results and expansion)

- End to end sales ownership from business plan, industry analysis and account strategy, execution, growth with company and customer, team managing & expansion aspiration)

- Sales experience mainly in the Retail industry and/or manufacturing & processing industry of fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy, confectionery, etc.
