법무법인 한중 국제법무팀 (LAW FIRM HANJOONG International Business Team) 에서 인턴을 채용합니다.

법무법인 한중 국제법무팀은 해외 투자 및 국내외 사업 진출 관련 전문 법률자문 서비스를 제공하는 인력 구성팀입니다: 1) 국내기업이나 사업체, 또는 개인의 해외진출; 2) 해외기업이나 사업체 또는 개인의 국내진출; 3) 글로벌 기업이나 사업자에게 필요한 국제 계약 및 협상, 중재; 그리고 4) 국내외 현지 진출에 필요한 노무/세무/ 이민 또는 체류 비자에 관한 전반적인 법률 자문 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 국제 상속, 양도, 증여 및 국내외 법인 설립, 해외직접투자 또는 외국인직접투자 또한 주력으로 진행하는 업무 중 하나입니다.

법무법인 한중 국제법무팀에서는 글로벌 마인드와 법에 대한 기본 개념을 바탕으로 업무를 함께할 대학생, 대학원생 또는 국제 법무 지원에 관심이 있는 이를 모시려 합니다. 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.

We offer full-time legal internships to current law students, undergraduate students and/or anyone who are interested in global law

The internships promise real work experience and an opportunity to assist in diverse areas of corporate law,

immigration law and to be mentored by experienced attorneys in our team.

Our internship program may be extremely competitive as we select only one intern at this time.

국제 법무팀 인턴 1명

▶ 담당업무

- Research issues related to legal interpretive requests

- Draft memoranda or report summarizing the results of the research

- Assisting attorneys/ paralegals in the preparation of various documents or materials

- Analyzing data and prepare documents to assist the attorney in its interpretive efforts

- Provide research and other assistance on various projects as needed
