PHIL Inter Pharma USA enters into the US dietary supplements market with full support of PHIL International and PHIL Inter Pharma. PHIL International has been researching and developing softgel formulations for the past 15 years while PHIL Inter Pharma has been applying them in commercial production of various pharmaceutical and dietary supplement softgels. This collaboration has been widely successful in the industry and we expect the same result in USA.”

모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : 생산, 물류(Warehouse)

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 

◾ 근무시간 : 07:30AM ~ 04:30PM (1hr lunch)

◾  급여 : $ 16 / an hour

◾  연 환산급여 : 약 $32,280 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾  급여 외 보상 : PTO 8days, Paid Holidays 6days, Overtime 시 1.5배 지급

Job Description

생산부문

- 연질 캡슐 생산, 원료 칭량, 내용물 조제, 캡슐 생산 및 포장

- 조제 : 원료회사에서 입고된 원료를 제조지시서에 따라서 조제

- 성형 : 조제된 원료를 성형기 (Encapsulation machine) 에서 Softgel capsule 생산

- 건조 및 검사 : 생산한 Softgel 을 Drying room 에서 건조 및 Inspection

- 포장 : Inspection 이 끝난 Softgel 을 Bottling or Blister machine으로 포장

물류부문 (Warehouse)

- Based on Dietary Supplement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirement

- Receiving and shipping procedures for Raw Material, packaging and finished products

- Stock rotation : First in first out (FIFO), quarantine product controls, and Expired or obsolete materials based on inventory management process

- Raw materials, packaging and finished product should be secured and protected in the storage requirements
