Customer Services Coordinator 채용 (신입)
[담당업무]
Dealer Interface
You will be the key interface for dealers' inquiries.
Provide timely ETA for Orders & Backorders
Provide answers or information by coordinate dealer inquires cross functionally to
provide answers on behalf of other functions.
You will ensure dealer inquiries or complaints are responded to in a prompt,
measurable and value adding manner.
Run regular cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders and dealers for
alignment and performance review purposes.
Based on dealer’s input including the dealer’s satisfaction survey, identify, propose,
and implement solutions and initiatives to increase performance
Proactively inform dealers of potential roadblocks leading to shipment delays and
propose mitigation measures where possible.
Order Fulfilment & Claims Handling
Regarding backorders for urgent ordered, consistently update dealers on its
Estimated time to arrive (ETA)
You are responsible to process manual orders that cannot be processed in the
standard way and ensure the right parts are allocated to the right dealer.
Process all dealer discrepancy claims in an accurate and timely manner.
Coordinate with Warehouse/Operations to ensure smooth parts pick & pack
production according to promised lead-time.
Together with warehouse operations support team, gather data intelligence to
identify and implement preventive measures to reduce dealer discrepancies to its
minimum level.
Invoicing, Shipping and Transport Arrangements
Responsible for the full spectrum of shipping which include but is not limited to the
following:
Responsible for right quality and consistency of shipping/delivery documentation of
outgoing shipments to ensure successful delivery to dealers/customers, both local
and overseas
Liaising and making prompt shipment booking with the respective Logistics
Service Provider based on cut-off time for each mode of transportation ensuring
freight arrangement is optimum based on volume and cost.
Ensure that pre-s are sent to all dealers/customers on shipment arrangement as
well as managing shipment deviation with respective parties to ensure that
customer expectations are met.
For the export market, ensure customs declarations and customs compliances are
met.
Support Business Objectives, Lean Processes, Continuous Improvement & VPS
(Volvo Performance System)
You will be responsible for the measurements within your area, such as updating
and analyzing reasons where we do not meet targets and propose improvements.
You will analyze and report customer & operational performance, improving
intelligence and supporting data to drive solutions towards a “lean” and automated process.
You will support the team and perform cross-functional activities in our operation.
You will not only do the job but also continuously improve the way of doing it individually as well as together with the team and manager You will report to Service
Center Manager ensuring that issues are escalated promptly with a mind-set to solve
problems timely.
