● Support the Content Operations team for title launches ensuring all content metadata is available on the content management system (CMS)

● Research on licensed TV shows and movies to (i) fill in the gaps for metadata fields and (ii) maintain accurate information on the CMS

● Work closely with designers and copywriters to create channel banners and marketing copies

● Document work to track contents launched

● Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Content Operations team
