모집안내

◾ 채용부문 :  HR Assistant, Equipment Buyer Assistant (Supply), Sales CRM Assistant (Sales CRM), Store Manager Assistant    (Market Eatery), Graphic Design Assistant 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 09:00AM ~ 18:00PM (1hr lunch)

◾  급여: $16 / an hour

◾  연 환산급여: 약 $33,280 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 자격조건 : 영어능력 중상이상 (영어공인성적 TOEIC, TOEIC Speaking등), Excel가능자, 

◾  급여 외 보상 : 점심제공, 직원용 적립카드(Hmart Smart Card) 혜택, 유급휴가 제공 (5 days / year), 문화체험비 지원 (인턴기간 종료 후), 교통비 일부 지원(회사 지정 지역 - Palisade Park, Lyndhurst에 한정)

Equipment Buyer Assistant (Supply) 

1. 기존 매장 Equipment Order 관리

2. Vender 관리 및 비교 견적 및 주문 진행

3. Warehouse Equipment 재고 관리

4. Equipment 신제품 개발 Assist

5. New Vender Sourcing 및 Vender Mapping

6. 신규 오픈 매장 Project Assist

7. Equipment 관련 매장 응대

Sales CRM Assistant (Sales CRM) 

1. CRM Order 전달

2. CRM 영업 List Upload

3. Houseware 재고 현황 Report 작성 후 보고

4. 전일 BO건, 금액 보고, 그래프 작성

5. Daily Houseware Report Inventory Stock Update

6. 매출표 작성

7. 금주 리마인더 전달

Store Manager Assistant (Market Eatery)

1. 직원 근무 스케줄 관리 및 인사관리

2. 직원 근무 태도 및 환경 체크업

3. Supply Order 관리

4. Hmart, Restaurant Depo, Inter County에서 Order 관리

5. 음식 맛, 레시피 확인 및 조리과정 위생 관리

6. 고객 관리 및 응대 확인

7. 고객 주문 및 식사 과정에서 특이사항 체크

Graphic Design Assistant 

1. Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visual assets, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, social media graphics, and marketing materials.

2. Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring design assets are correctly labeled, archived, and easily accessible.

3. Assist in editing and retouching images to enhance their quality and suitability for various projects.

4. Help with layout design and formatting for print and digital materials, such as brochures, posters, and presentations.

5. Be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

6 .Maintain open communication with team members to meet project goals and timelines.

7. Stay updated on design trends, competitors' visual materials, and industry best practices to contribute fresh ideas to design projects
