     Travel Agent

■ 업무내용

1. Achieve goals by proactively promoting, selling, and securing reservations for domestic and international leisure travel services including travel by air, bus, rail or ship, package tours, car rentals, hotel, and travel insurance;

2. Utilize GDS to research and secure reservations; also use preferred vendor websites and other supporting web based systems and functions;

3. Maintain travel documents, invoices, and client files in accordance with AAA standards;

4. Plan travel itineraries;

5. Process requests for travel literature and brochures;

6. Maintain knowledge of evolving travel industry, technology, and AAA policies, procedures, products and services. properly uses industry terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs, resource guides and industry contacts

■ 자격조건

• A good knowledge of Social Network environment

• A working knowledge of spoken and written English

• Strong PC & internet skills

• Must be willing to learn Airlines reservation GDS, including booking, ticketing, and related services

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

■  근로조건
   [신입] 약 5,900만원 내외 ($45,000/year, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)

   - 월~금 09:30~18:00 근무

   - Our office is accessible by carpool, public transportations

   - 해외정착지원금 500만원 수령가능 (한국산업인력공단 지원)
